The Witcher: Enhanced Edition [ WONT START ALL 100% FIXES,some in comments! ]
>>FIX FOR WINDOWS 7 (Pressing play and absolutely nothing happens, or crashing in-game) Fix 1

1) Go to C:\Steam\SteamApps\common\The Witcher Enhanced Edition
2) Right click on launcher.exe, click Properties, Compatibility
3) Run this program in compatibility mode for: Windows 7
4) Down bellow tick Privilege Level Run this program as administrator
5) Click Apply Ok and launch game through launcher.exe

>>FIX FOR WINDOWS 7,8,10 (Pressing play and absolutely nothing happens) Fix 2

Simply restart computer. Strange, but it helps.Sadly you need to restart the computer every time you have a new session on your pc because the game doesnt launch again.

>>FIX FOR (Warning! Minimum system requirements not met!)

1) Go to your steam library, and check your game list in "detail view" mode.
2) Rightclick "The Witcher: Enchanced Edition"
3) Select "properties"
4) A window pops up. In the "General" tab, there is a button "set launch options"
5) Add "-dontForceMinReqs" without the quotation mark ( the " )
6) Close the pop-up window
7) Launch the game.

>>OTHER POSSIBLE FIX FOR (Pressing play and absolutely nothing happens)

Go to the game page in the store steam and click the play button.

>>NEW FIX FOR (Pressing play and absolutely nothing happens) by Anonym00se™

Right click on the game in Steam, and click on the option to 'Create Desktop Shortcut', and launch the game from that.
Also after doing that, laucher.exe should start working aswell.

(If you have a different problem, please post it here and maybe someone from the community will provide a fix)

1) Right click on launcher.exe, click Properties, Compatibility, Run in compatibility mode (Windows XP SP3). This might fix the lag.
2) (IF YOU HAVE Nvidia) Open Nvidia control panel, and Disable G-Sync for this game.

Tell me if it still lags.

Blue screen of death? Any fix? I already know about the intel integrated gpu "fix", but that's not a fix at all.

GT 745M, 8 GB, I7 4700MQ

The problem is in Nvidias 3d Settings which are set to Default, you have to turn everything to High for example Tripple Buffering: On , Vertical sync: On , Energy Management mode to maximum performance. Hope that helps.

Man that totally worked, but i have 2 problems:

1) My gpu is not that good, so now i get low fps, is there any option i can moderate? Or i really need all high?

2) The shadows are weird, for example, my shadow has like 3 meters, the legs are huge. Is normal, or his because i changed the definitions?

Turn the lighting settings to low in-game and if Nvidia has it aswell. If that wont help with the fps then start lowering settings one by one in the Nvidia panel until you see playable fps and no blue screen. Just lower the settings both in-game and nvidia panel one by one till u find the perfect setting. Also if your drivers arent up to date that cud be the problem. Disable shadows in-game, it seems they might cause bugs and fps drops for older pcs.

Try switching between integrated and normal gpu, it is know that Withcer lags on Windows 10, your specs are more than enough to run the game on 60fps. Only solutions i can give you is playing on integrated gpu, trying playing with compatibility options on properties of the launcher, tweeking with your graphics options in Catalyst menu like turning all to low, downgrading your drivers, optimizing your game with Razer Cortex: Game Booster (it cud help setting the right settings and increasing fps grealy), downgrading to win 8.1 or win7 that wud deff fix the problem but im sure you wont do that. Im sorry if nothing will help, i made this post for a different bug fix on this game, but still happy to help.

Yeah... Still won't start for me either.
Running a GTX 1060 with an i5 6600k and 16 Gigs RAM with Windows 7. Tried all of the above methods.
