Q: Game shows black screen only. Why?
A: If you're using Nvidia, please try to open Nvidia Control Panel and reset 3D settings to defaults. This issue may happen if you have enabled MSAA override.

Q: Game crashes after launch. How to fix?
A: Open Explorer, go to the %appdata%\Godot\app_userdata\Watch Your Plastic Duck\ folder and delete "settings" file

Q: After game update, all my progress was gone. Why?
A: Unfortunately, some game updates and bug fixes may require you to re-create your save, so you'll have to start from the beginning.

Q: I enabled Twitch integration, but the ducks don't get viewer names. Why?
A: The game collects the names of viewers who send messages to the chat. In rare cases, the integration "freezes" and does not work, although it is displayed as active. In this case, it is best to disable it and enable it again. It is also possible that Twitch is blocking your IP address from accessing the chat in a "non-human" way.

Q: In-game sound is very weird. I'm using wireless headset
A: Unfortunately, game engine has issues with wireless headsets. You need to have stereo mode enabled on your headset.

Q: How to control ducks?
A: You can control the ducks in sandbox mode. To do this, select the desired duck and click on the icon with arrows. After that, you can control the duck using the arrows or WASD on the keyboard. You can also use the ducks' special abilities (if any) using the space bar.

Is there a way to check progress on the clicking achievements? I feel like I should have achieved the click 5000 times one already, but the game crashed a few times and I'm wondering if it reset my progress when that happened.

Unfortunately, there is no way to see the number of clicks in the game. If the game crashes (this usually happens when using a clicker), then the progress of the game cannot be saved, that is, the progress of clicks will not be saved either.

I also noticed that the clicking ones just take a long while. But try setting your clicker to a slower speed and just go AFK for more time than expected. Since I wasn't entirely sure what surfaces count, I went for the stairs out of the pool and the lamps. Worked eventually.

Hello, I just re-downloaded the game after the most recent update (for the sandbox mode). When I launch it, it shows a gray windowed screen and then attempts to go to fullscreen, after a couple of second the game crashes. I'm not sure if there's any crash logs and I don't believe I use Nvidia

Try with new patch, if you still cannot play the game then please send logs from %appdata%\Godot\app_userdata\Watch Your Plastic Duck\logs

How to do you connect the game to Twitch, I find no button or interface to even a Twitch logo to click on. I'm just not seeing it?
