whenever I click play on my steam library a window pops up titled: "Sneaky IT Support - FLOAT" which promptly disappears and nothing else happens

The entire game is stuck in my top left corner of my screen. I think multiple documents etc. that I open are hidden in this top corner, as when I open them nothing happens except what I had open previously vanishing. Also opening mrs potatoes photos breaks the game for me as I cannot close or resize those photos. It would also be helpful if documents stayed open or if you could make notes in game of important passwords as stuff....

I've gone through all avialible files, found a bunch of passwords, but none of them seem to work anywhere. The hints might be too vague, or some of the passwords should be hidden behind other passwords, so y0ou don;t have so much choice.
