How to avoid Riddler Trophys? Mod, cheat, console command?

Hi is there any way to avoid the riddler trophy hunt?

I already had twice 240% done... but I just want to play now and get to the knightfall ending with all done without wasting the time to go for the annoying trophies.

Mod, cheat, console command anything, but not a save game please :\

I was told it only works after the main story gets to 59%, i.e., when all islands are accessible by Bat-mobile and the missile launcher is destroyed.
You'll need the community patch command menu on nexus if you want to use this, it's super easy to download and install though. I went ahead and used it after I was almost finished with the game, so it works, you'll also need to ghost through the gate to start the fight though..
