How did Jason todd come back to life?

The joker killed him before arkham asylum so how is he alive?

Jason never died in the Arkhamverse. Joker faked his death. Thought that was pretty obvious if you've played the game.

Technically, he did actually die. Not for long though, because somebody brought him and put him in the Lazarus pits, then he came back to life. The fact he’s angry at Batman make sense, since the pit are known to manipulate emotion

That's only in the Under the Red Hood movie. In the comics, the lazarus pit was not involved and Jason didn't die in the Arkhamverse.

Nope. In the comic he died and then came back to life. Talia push his dead body to the pit

Wrong. In the comics, he dies and when Superboy-Prime literally punches reality during the Infinite Crisis event brought Jason back to life. He dug his way out of his coffin and grave. The Lazarus pit was a last ditch effort by Talia to restore Jason's memory and health, but it wasn't involved in his resurrection

In the >> Arkham << comics (i.e. The canon for these games) it was revealed that body armour protected him from the shot:

Anybody mentioning Lazarus Pits or Superboy-Prime is just drawing canon from different universes that aren't really all that relevant to the canon of the Arkham games.

The Arkham comics aren't canon either (or are at least of dubious canonicity), due to the games contradicting what's shown in them. Like Bane being killed by Arkham Knight, but is still alive in the game fighting drug lords in Santa Prisca or Lucious Fox getting his fingers cut off in the comics but still having them in the game.

But yeah, that's what I've been telling people that Jason never died in the Arkhamverse and that the Lazarus pit was only a factor in the movie, not the main comics.
