Batman Arkham Knight, codes already redeemed!!!!!

I bought for my self 2 Gigabyte GTX 980 Ti G1 GAMING to run in SLI and with that I got 2 codes to redeem for the upcoming Batman Arkham Knight.

To my surprice, the codes has already been redeemed!

I redeemed the codes on redeem.geforce.com/sv-se/ ,I'm from sweden.

I'm gonna contact the online store where I bought the gfx cards.

My question is, has any of you guys/girls had anything like this happen to you?

UPDATE

I've contacted the online store where I bought my graphics cards and they sent me new codes so everthing is fine now.

They told me that the problem was that nVidia sent out duplicate codes.

i've bought the GTX960 in a retail store here in Central America and that store even wasn't part of the nvidia partner shops, but i've sent my invoice and the serial number and i have my code now, so i suspect that maybe your seller had redeemed the codes before you purchase.

Sounds like the company you bought from scammed you and sold those Nvidia Graphics cards with the promo codes online and then sold you the graphics card.

The thing is that this online and physical store is the most respected computer store in Sweden, they've been woted the best for several years, I don't think they would do such a thing.

I mean OMG! they shiped the two Gigabyte GTX 980 Ti G1 GAMING and I recieved them in less than 24 hours. Anyways, gonna contact them.

nVidia has a stupid rule that you only can redeem one code per game, per Ip-adress. So if you or your relatives already have redeemed a code, then i suggest you reset your router for a (hopefully) new Ip. Or redeem from a friends computer, (on your account ofc). Good luck.

Someone could have purchased the video cards, redeemed the code and then returned the items to the store. Just get a refund and buy them from somewhere else.

I live by my self, no one else here =) Gonna restart the media converter/fiber connection and the router and see if it helps. Thx for the info.

Don't think this is the case, the boxes where unopened. Only problen I found was that the serial keyes for Batamn game was photo copied.

LOL, that's the issue right there. They probably photocopied the keys and handed them to everyone.

I agree, that was my first thought, why not a fully printed card but this photo copied thing.

One thing that got me thinking was also

"Code may be used once. NOT FOR RESALE. Offer available through June 30, 2015 or while supplies last."

Did they give out more codes than they have game copies?

Sounds like someone who made the decision didn't understand that those codes are one per customer type deal.

Yeah, they sent me 2 codes(photo copied). Of yource it would be nice to give a way to a friend the extra copy but i think it wan't suppose to be like this and deffently not photo copied.

Yep, you basically got ripped right there. Even NVIDIA would want proof of an original code along with a copy of the receipt. With the evidence you have, they will just assume you are trying to get more copies. Your best bet is too take it back to the store and work with the store you purchased it from.
