As much as I agree - but this is a lost cause. It would have made a lot of sense to release it with the SWITCH Trilogy and Pattinson skin. Would not have been much of an additional effort then. They had to go back to the assets for SWITCH anyway and also did release a content patch to all systems. After that it just won't happen. They don't care anymore.
Forget it and don't waste your time hoping...
Also there are quite good fan made mods for anything but the Scarecrow missions over at Nexusmods.
