But yes, this game's Season Pass includes all the DLC.
So, the OP asked if the season pass includes "everything." You claimed that the store page tells you what it includes, implying that it gives sufficient information to answer that question. Your claim was false, as the store page does not include a list of the included DLC or any way to determine whether every DLC is included.
The OP pointed this out to you, and you responded by quoting the text on the store page, which backs up the OP's point. But then you asked them if they're blind, suggesting that you somehow think the quote backs you up and still think that you were correct in your initial claim. It does not and you were not, so the "Are you blind?" comment seems pretty foolish since you're the one here who seems to be having trouble understanding something.
Anyway, I think there is technically at least one DLC that is not included in the Season Pass: the Wayne-Tech Booster Pack, which is not available for regular purchase because it was some kind of store exclusive (I want to say Wal-Mart) and just unlocks three specific upgrades at the start of the game.
As far as I know, all the other DLC listed on the Arkham Knight Store Page is included. If you want to know about something specific, I think you can go to https://steamdb.info/app/208650/dlc/ , go to the page for the DLC you're interested in, then click "Packages" on the left to see what packages it's included in and make sure you see Season Pass there.
It may also be worth mentioning that there were PS5-exclusive DLCs that were never released on PC, so they are not included in any PC Season Pass (or available in any other way).
Second, as the OP has already explained to you, the store page description is consistent both with the scenario that the Season Pass DOES include EVERYTHING and with the scenario that it DOES NOT include EVERYTHING. As a simple example of the latter, every point in the store page description would be correct even if the Season Pass included everything EXCEPT for, say, Catwoman's Revenge.
Since the store description is consistent with BOTH the scenario where the Season Pass includes EVERYTHING and with scenarios where it does NOT include EVERYTHING, the store page description is not sufficient to answer the question posed.
So, with regard to the second part of your post there, yes, you copied and pasted from the store page, but since that description does not provide an answer one way or another to their question, no, you absolutely did not answer them correctly. As had already been explained to you by the OP.
I don't know if there's a language barrier issue preventing you from understanding something here or what, but you really don't have a leg to stand on in this argument. This isn't complicated; you're 100%, flat-out incorrect.
Good question. Honestly, it's because you were not only incorrect, but when this was pointed out, you doubled down and were rude about it instead of apologizing or at least keeping quiet. Ideally, I hoped to make you realize that you were, indeed, mistaken, and that you were unjustifiably rude. But, failing that, I also wanted to try to at least make the OP feel less frustrated at dealing with you.
