Lighting/Rendering Issues
Hi all,
I know most of us are already having a disappointing PC launch day and trying to fix our own games but I'm wondering if anyone could shed any light on an issue I'm having that I haven't seen addressed on the forums yet (mind you there are 200+ discussions and more appearing every minute).

For some reason the game is rendering models as if they were made of crystal; very bright and glistening, giving off more lens flares than JJ Abram's Star Trek reboot.

Example 1

Example 2

I've tried tweaking the graphics settings in options but they don't seem to have any effect.
Like I said, I know everyone is having their own problems that they're trying to fix but any help on diagnosing what's up would be greatly appreciated!

(If it's any use, I've a GTX 760 with the drivers up to date.)

Thanks!

I'm having a similar problem. I've messed with lots of .ini lighting/shadows thing but nothing I've messed with fixes the problem :(
