[SOLVED] I preordered but can't find Harley Quinn DLC

How do you play as Harley? I cant find any options for it and the dlc isn't showing as installed only the skins pack dlc is.

Any ideas?

same. apparently there where 2 keys pre orders got.
only GMG has sent them out, im having to chase ozgameshop for mine

on menu under arkham something about one to two settings down under the main story at top

you find it in the arkham episodes part, think it is just under 'continue'
if it is greyed out then you dont have the dlc

where did you pre-order from?
if from a key site, you were meant to get a 2nd code for the pre-order dlc part, i have that issues as well, as a fair few others have mentioned it as well
you will need to take it up with them as it is their requirement to provide that pre-order incentive
if you got it directly from steam.....then that is really odd and you need to submit a support ticket for steam to sort it out

my pre-order was from cdkeys com but it did state that it included the harley dlc

You're not missing much. Harley Quinn DLC was only 30 minutes. I guess it's the principle that counts though. You SHOULD get it, but somehow didn't.

Though I believe they got theirs from the nvidia codes, sadly and you mightn't get them.

you need 2nd key code from them . if from GMG they will provided you 2 keys ( one for base game and one for Harley Quinn DLC )

Used the same website, when you use the key it clearly states "Batman: Arkham Knight + DLC"

Well didn't Warner Bros remove Harley Quinn DLC from cd keys at the last minute? At least that's what people are saying.

emailing them to find out whats going on. for those with the dlc what does your steam window say you have installed? my dlc window only states the skins pack, does yours also say harley quinn dlc?

i ordered mine from the same place, just noticed that i too am missing the dlc

I ordered mine from nuuvem and got the 2 keys. When I started hearing that other places weren't going to get the Harley DLC I was kinda freaking out.

Im the other way arround, I did get the HQ DLC, but Im missing the Gotham´s Future skin pack (Batman Beyond and Dark Knight Returns skins)

Any one know if you receive a key for this? Or is it supposed to simply be already in game for pre-orders? I do not see the skins in the skin list in game :(
