Got the game as part of the Nvidia Promo, can I get a refund?

The game's still downloading but wanna get this out of the way now if it turns out as bad as they say. Really thought that with Steam's Refund Policy, games will be better optimized out of the gate AND have an awesome first 2 hours. Quite disappointed that this is happening, especially from Rocksteady WB. Thought they were one of the good guys.

Must be the DX12 implementation.

I paid Nvidia, and Nvidia paid Steam/WB for me to have this game. That's why it's in my library. I own the rights to play this game, and to ask for a refund just as much as the next guy do I not?

You're an idiot. You can't get a refund for the Nvidia promo code. You can return your GPU and get a refund on the card itself, but not the game, moron.

As long as you don't "own the receipt" to the product; you can't get a refund.
...you got a promo code - not a receipt - you didn't pay for the product - you got it for free.

Sorry to tell you this but; no refund on promos.

Had you bought it from Steam, you'd have a receipt in form of the Store Transaction and an email.
