Game minimizing, and maximizes, flashing nonstop upon start
The game constantly minimizes, and maximizes, during the splash screen without responding to anything else. I cannot alt-tab or alt-f4. I have to hard reset.

If you have Nvidia Gaming experience change the resolution from there.

Just put the game in window mode by right clicking the game in steam library and setting launch option to windowed mode command. The splash screen now stays in windowed mode and does not flash. BUT, upon reaching main menu, the game goes crazy and starts flashing and I have to hard reset.

I managed to alt + Enter out and I just switched to window Borderless mode. It worked for me. Are you using a laptop or a desktop ?

I am using an MSI GE70 laptop with an i7 and GTX 860M and 12GB of RAM. I shouldn't have ANY issues running this game after getting 50fps on previous batman games
