Locked at 30 fps????

I cant get fps above 30. Gameworks on or off . Vsync on or off no matter the settings.

My system:
Titan X (Stock)
i5-4690 (stock)
16gb ram 1886mhz pny
Motherboard: gigabyte -z97z-ud3h.

please dont tell me this game is forced locked at 30fps.

Yes, there is a cap, but you can remove it in the Steam\steamapps\common\Batman Arkham Knight\BMGame\Config\BmSystemSettings.ini, under MaxFPS.

If you were smart and knew anything about computers you would know that you can easily unlock it. Money can't buy brains apparently.

Ya, you can unlock it, but it's horribly unstable if you do. I'm talking regular frame rate drops of 40+ fps instantly. Before you say I don't own the game or that I pirated, I'm on Skype with a friend that unlocked the frame rate.

Stupid would be trying to mess with a new game I dont know about. Smart on the other hand is checking before doing something.
