took about 3 hours to download mine. I don't think it's a server issue or traffic, possibly just your connection.

just downloaded csgo update, and arkham knight is going half the speed,
in b4 "you have bad connection, pay more or move"

Change download servers. To finland for example. Top notch speed... at any time.

Mine is slow too, it took 12 hours to finish almost 1 day

Just downloaded at my normal speed @38MB/s. Steam servers seemed to be serving up data fine.
