It kind of sounded like Mark Hamill but it was off-screen camera gameplay footage so I can't be positive due the poor audio quality in the video.

Mark Hamill tweeted that there was a super secret voice a cting job he did, so maybe this is it.

That Youtube footage of course got quickly taken down like all the o ther videos that tried to show spoilers due they got their copies before the street date.

Mark hamil played luke skywalker, a man who became a hero and fought to protect those he loved and redeem his father.
Mark hamil voice acts the joker, an insane criminal who abuses a person who loves him and kills both the inocent and those who work for him for teh lolz most of the time.

Still cant quite get my head around that, just goes to show how talented he his though.

Have you seen the voice sessions with him when he voices joker ? His face expresions are epic, if you haven't yet, make sure to watch them !

cant tell if i'm impressed or scared at how into the charecter he gets, so i'll go with both.
