By the way, the Dark Knight suit in Origins has the same damage as the vanilla suit has.
Or mopping up bat guano.
Wow it looks like we have one of the creators of the game here to clarify. Thank you so much for your insight into this issue. I'm sorry if we've insulted you by inquiring about your new game. Thanks for taking time out of your busy schedule to put us all in our place.
I think the damage is a sign of the work I have done and I think it would be very odd if after being shot, stabbed, beaten and thrown through a few walls by Bane, ether nothing happened to the suit or I could just go back to the Batcave, press a button, and hey-presto! Suit fixed!
I think they'll probably keep the damage in the game and a fix button is unlikely, but I do see what you are getting at and I understand what you guys mean.
maybe be able to repair the suit after the game is over, bonus. But they could also just add an new costume that is the same but you can't get any damage from the events.
From what I have heard, you still get the armored suit near the beginning of the game, you just don't start with it.
