if u mean the FULL Knightfall Protocol
you have a very loooong road ahead
first you have to take down all most wanted villians..then you have to get all 243 Riddles and then you have to nail the Riddler

If you mean the Halloween bonus then just change your computer's date to Oct 31 and play the game. You'll get a jump scare, then go back to GCPD where he was locked up. It'll only happen if you've done the rest of the Manbat mission first

Yeah there's a part where it will say "Manbat has gone in hiding. I'll have to wait for him to show himself again." In order to get past that part, you'll just have to do the story. He won't show up again until after a pivotal moment in the story.

i tried that ....didnt work
i captured the ManBat dude awhile ago
he is sitting iin the isolation tank at GCPD
i changed my computer clock to 10/31
started up the game
went to GCPD...he is still sitting there
flew around for awhile over the skies of Magiani...never saw him flying around?

He's not supposed to be flying around. Do you remember the first time you saw Manbat? You grappled a building and when you got to the top he jumped out at you? Do that

Man bat? that guy still flying around china town... stay n listen in the high place... when u hear his scream... turn your scan mode on and look where it come from... fly higher than him... n land on him. You'll do the same thing until you finally cure him.
