Got a Ridler Challenge in Port Adams i need help with. a guide says i need to travel to the red tower near botanical gardens then race back. Does it activate when i get there or how do i start this

All i see is the trophy and coordinates.

There will be a checkered button you stand on, that looks sort of like a race flag. Activate the button and Riddler will start a countdown and you will have until the time expires to reach the trophy (automatically added as a waypoint on your map). You can tell the location of the button because if you look at where the trophy is, there is a set of coordinated. The coordinates indicate the location of the switch. For some reason they are formated as y,x instead of x,y like you would expect. Just drop a custom waypoint on the aproximate location of those coordinates and you should be able to find that button.

The 8 numbers where the trophy is are map coordinates.

The button is way up on top of the tower on a platform facing south I believe.
