Too long and much tank battles.
They should have instead set more focus on the crime solving like the crashing car where you could forward and backward it.
That was pretty cool but was not often in the game.
As much as I don't like Origins regarding gameplay, it has phenomenal boss battles and story.
Personally, I like it, specially since in Asylum the Batmobile gets trashed early on, and that's the problem, the game shutters and freezes a LOT when driving.
The reason it was hated so much was because it killed people's framerate. No, seriously though, all jokes aside, the reason many people didn't like it to much was because there were too many repetitive parts involving the batmobile. I for one did not have time to test out how annoying the batmobile really is because I refuse to play the game until it gets patched.
it's like you have a retarded brother for dinner so you know he will fling ♥♥♥♥, you ask him not to beforehand and he agrees, instead he flings potatoes.
Shallow
Repetitive
Tedious
Boring
And most importantly
OVERUSED
Why code in an interesting and unique fight with new mechanics when you can just Have batman and Deathstroke pew pew it out in tanks... -_-
Waaaayyy too many instances of you needing to play shoot'em up or hold an area again and again instead of more traditional Batman Arkham gameplay that we've come to know and love.
The whole thing just comes across as horribly lazy and corner cutting when they just opt to throw another 15 drones at you for the umpteempth time.
