Riddler trophy -batmobile sonar dont work?

For some reason can't get the the batmobile sonar to work (F button, F key is assigned to sonar in battle mode) to scan the symbol on the wall and trace the riddler trophy. Is it a bug or something wrong with my configuration?

You need to use the forensic scanner, not the sonar
