It's locked behind one of the Penguin's mission area.

That's what interrogating Riddler goons is for. It'll highlight what you're missing on your map, then you just set a waypoint and drive over there

But yes, it's probably the one in Penguin's mission area, but nothing's locked in a vault. Mr.Marbles is just a troll

easier to beat the challenge is just download a 100% save game most likely. Not really worth playing the game over for one trophy since the devs made alot of them impossible to get.

I got them all so they're not impossible to get, they're just time consuming since there's so many.

I don't recall having trophies or riddles unobtainable after passing certain point of a story by retracing your steps in the whole series, unless the place is bugged out for reasons.

awesome glad we can get them all but ugh 243 sounds like alot, glad their not all batmobile based so its not the same thing over and over.

At least with PC controls, most of t hem were rather trivial.

Riddler doesn't really have complex puzzles in any of the Arkham games.
