Does GeForce Experience decreases performance?
Today I get into game and just realize that my average frame rate was lower than usual I tried to remember what was different from last time and I guess it's Geforce Experience with GFE i got even 19 FPS but without GFE lowest FPS is 26 on me and average is about 35-40. Maybe I might be wrong the reason might be something else but I really wonder is there anyone else who realize that?

Shortly after the game was released, they listed some things to do in order to increase the performance of the game. One of those things was to not run Geforce Experience. That said, I run it with and without it and see no difference. If you're noticing a difference, then you might not want to run it.

GFE's "optimizations" are just a suggestion. If you don't ilke the performance the settings it selects gives you, then change them as you see fit.

I don't use their optimization btw I just mention that while its open in background it effects my performance.

I've never used geforce experience in any pc title. I do my own customization in games. I like to get the game running the way I want it to run.

Do a clean driver install and only install what is necessary (display driver, physx software). GeForce Experience is completely unecessary as you can just tweak the settings in game and in a control panel profile. I'll never understand why people use this bloatware.
Because of Shadow Recording I prefer it but it really effects many games like CS:GO it causes sudden freezes. I would try what you offer thanks for reply.

Me to. I dont use it but even it's not working just letting that open on background can effect gaming performance.
