Riddler trophies (Ferris wheel)

Hello!
Been searching around both internet and youtube to this, and ive found nothing so far.
There are 3 buttons close to the ferris wheel (Miagami island) which you are spose to direct the robots onto to acquire the trophie.

All tho, there arent any robots there at all for me, not a single one, have i missed anything or so on?

I had this problem at first also. Kill the robots so you obtain the riddler voice synthesizer. Next, throw a batarang at the question mark to spawn 2 new robots. Then, rappel all the way to the top of the ferris wheel. Use the voice synthesizer to move each robot onto a pad. Jump down onto the 3rd pad and the trap will release around the trophy. Use the Barclay to snag it.

I was able to spawn one additional robot for a total of 3. Use the voice synthesizer to command them to the pads and then used the batclaw to grab the trophy
