Shadowy/dark areas are very green. Anyone else getting this?
I just switched from a 37" LED TV to a 24" LED monitor and it looks 10 times worse.

Maybe your monitor isn't calibrated correctly. If you're using an Nvidia card and HDMI cable I've also heard there's some sort of problem with that. http://www.pcgamer.com/nvidia-cards-dont-full-rgb-color-through-hdmiheres-a-fix/

I think it must be my monitor. The game is also grainier than before. I have an AMD card though. An R9 290.

You do realise that hardware can go at anytime. there could be a fault in the card not picked up by QA.

People just making crap up lol

If you see 2 white images on the left, 2 black on the right, you GPUs RGB level is fine

Check your cable, they can be an issue, check your HDMI output you're using too on the GPU
Since you're having similar issues from TV to monitor, I suspect 3 things, cable, GPU, HDMI output

Quickest way to check, CABLE, HDMI output, then suspect the GPU

What GPU is it and can you resintall your GPU drivers, making sure you remove all drivers with Driver sweeper

What GPU do you have btw?

I see white on top, light grey on bottom, then black on top, and dark grey on the bottom. I messed with the settings and it seems to have helped a lot, the game looks way more normal now, green is pretty much gone. Only other problem I'm having is color banding. Just my library on Steam, for example, looks like stripes of different shades of grey, rather than being a smooth gradient. Dont think theres much I can do about that though. I can also kind of see the pixels flickering in dark spots and its a little annoying but not really a big deal.

Thank you for your help though!

Edit: My GPU is an R9 290.

It could be a failing HDMI cable, does it actually sparkle?
You will see little erm, sparkles, lol, this means HDMI cable is stuffed, and yes it does happen
Otehr way is to use a DVI to HDMI cable, same thing, just no audio

No, don't worry, I get the green push or "bias" in dark areas too. And I'm on a 50" Panasonic plasma, which has far superior black level reproduction when compared to an LED.

It's just the game's color grading/tonemapping. You could use something like SweetFX's "LiftGammaGain" setting to reduce green in the midtones (maybe boost blue) if it bothers you too much. It could also help to reduce the brightness a couple of ticks in the "Game Options" menu.
