The Perfect Crime: crime scene bug
I'm using the scanner on one of the corpses found on Founder's Island ('REJECT') and can't scan in the last piece of evidence on bone level. It's the bones of the person's little finger, which won't scan in or be locked on to like other evidence.

Has anyone had this problem or am I missing a different bit of evidence?

These forums are filled with bugs for people playing with a mouse and keyboard. If at all possible try a 360 or XBOne controller. Bugs with mouse and keyboard are very common with this entire series.
Well, that's not entirely true. Arkham Asylum and Arkham City, I never had any problems whatsoever with the mouse and keyboard. This doesn't seem to be related to any kind of input either - the evidence simply isn't being 'locked on' to like the muscle and skin layer evidence.

But I'll say it anyway - thanks, Iron Galaxy!

Try restarting the game and re-scanning the body....

It is entirely true. Just because there weren't bugs when you played doesn't mean bugs never existed.
What were the biggest issues on the two Batman: Arkham games which Rocksteady worked on then, besides GFWL (which is now gone) and not being able to change your keybinds in-game?

I just came upon this same problem right now. Were you able to find a solution?
I did eventually manage to scan the evidence, but that was around a month ago. In the end I'm fairly certain it was about getting an exact angle because it didn't wok even when I went back there with a gamepad.

That part is a bit silly really. Shame as it was a cool idea.
Late respons but I can confirm that changing angle works. Had the same problem on the same body in founders. I moved batman until the finger in question pointed slightly to my left and scanned again.
So stand under the finger with Batman facing left, and try again.
Thank you guys very much! Changing angle worked perfectly.
Are you scanning the hand from the side, or the front? I ask because the screenshot shows a side angle. I've always scanned from the front, and never had a problem with any of them, and that's with several play throughs.
