How to solve riddles with forensic scanner ?

I activate it and then there are green marks all over the place, I am just ultra stupid and for gods sake cannot figure out how to find the trophies ... any help?

Ah, you activate the Forensic Scanner, then face the Batmobile where the question marks are heading and keep using the Scanner, the question marks will lead you to a spot on the wall somewhere with a circle with question marks, use the Cannon to shoot the wall, it will reveal a trophy inside the wall.
Note that if you don't scan for too long, the question marks will disappear, but they stay for at least a minute, I believe, there was one that makes you go up a bridge (so you have to circle around), and when I got up the bridge, the question marks are still there, so it's fine.
