**MAJOR SPOILERS** Poison Ivy Cutscene problem (fair ways through the game)

So, after beating the arkham knight, i go to poison ivy see the cutscene of her dying, and then it just stops, showing the last frame and a batman logo appears, the batman logo does spin, but nothing else happens, it just sits there showing a frame from the last part of the cutscene that i was able to see (idk if it was the last part of the cutscene or not).

I guess its not technically a crash but a) I can't do anything beyond that point, b) I can't exit out of the game without a forced shutdown and c) It never loads anything else, I've wait over half an hour for it to load.

Does anyone else have this problem.

I've had this exact problem. I found out that this ended up crashing my game, corrupting my save file. I suggest doing this to restore your save file: http://support.wbgames.com/link/portal/24022/24028/Article/1062/I-lost-my-Batman-Arkham-Knight-save-How-do-I-recover-it

This will load your save file back up. So depending on your back ups you may have to redo some stuff. Luckly I only had to fight the tank boss again.

Hi. Have you managed to solve the problem? I've followed the link, recover a previous save file, but when arriving to save Poison Ivy, the games crashes again. Any solution?

I haven't been able to fix it, i also tried but it didn't do anything.

Thanks Garret. Guess I will have to wait to a patch. I am trying to install the game on a second computer and check if I can progress from there....

Hi. I've managed to pass from these scene!!!. I downloaded the whole game in my second computer and I've managed to pass from this scene and go back to main computer. So it is not a problem in the save file being corrupted, it is something related to hardware. Main computer is i7, 4790, windows 8.1 16 GB Ram and Nvidia GTX970, while second one is old preocessor (cant remember, but has 4 years), windows 7 preofessional, 12 Gb Ram and Nvidia GTX 750 Ti....

Incredible. At least I can continue, hope I wont have any more problems.

cool, i forgot to mention, now that you've finished the cutscene, you can use your main computer, you just need to skip the cutscene. I tried skipping it and it ended up working before, i just didn't really want to incase i missed some part of the story.

I pooped the arkham knight final tank, now i gotta fly ack to poison Ivy and it crashes, whatever any routi i try, or less ziipy up or what ever ..just crashes, pls halp im on edge of my sanity
