I've been easter egg hunting for quite some time today but didn't find anything new. I've watched a load of vids but there hasn't been found anything mayor it seems. Only references through enemy dialog and posters.
With the exception of the grundy and killer croc room for example.

There has to be something bigger right?

The Flash direct reference-Keystone easter eggs too suggesting Wally West in this universe.
The MGS reference by Joker.
The Shrine of Solomon Grundy in Founders Island.
Newspaper saying Smallvile has been struck by a meteor.
The dog bowl of Ace The Bathound.
The reference(direct) to the Martian Manhunter(John Jones in the GCPD)
A direct reference to The Question in the GCPD.
There is a reference to the Teen Titan, Cyborg, a picture of him in a newspaper in Clock Tower.
A reference to the Royal Flush Gang(building) and Black Canary(building).
A computer with IMs from Huntress.
A logo of Wonder Woman is in the city.
A building named after Zatana, Zatana was also suppose to have a show during Knight, but vanished for some reason.
A poster of Wildcat and Booster Gold.

There is a section of Gotham called Otisburg, which is a reference to Superman The Movie. Its not just listed on the map either, a couple of missions will have either Batman or someone else referencing an event happening in Otisburg.
