how to defeat the big guy in stagg airship

Just punch him a lot and counter at the slow mo part

It's rather simple (if there are no enemies nearby), keep punching and keep countering.

Blowing up generators or have him near a drone when you hack it (after downloading the codes from the operator) is an instant kill. Once you get the arkham knights voiceprint you can also lure minigunners to a sabotaged weapons crate.

If u're talking about the minigunned one,u need to take down all his thugs,and then just attack him and dodge his attacks.

Uhhh I'm not sure how to explain it without using buttons as a descriptor. It's essentially the same way you disarm the guys with swat shields

B->A->A->Beatdown
Circle->X->X->Beatdown

Edit:

Oops! Wrong brute lol. Yeah, the mini gunner save for last and he's just a beatdown boss. Counter his attacks when he starts to swing the mini gun. :)

Strange. Think it was just a regular right-click for me. I think I would have remembered if it was different.

You don't have to hold down the counter button, though the timing feels a bit less forgiving when it comes to countering on the minigunners.Took me a couple of minigunners to get it right.

Ok, that might have been the case then, and I was auto-incorporating it into the motions because he takes that loooonnng sloooooow swing at you and I might have adjusted automatically.

Yeah that's it, I got him the second time and that's pretty much exactly what I did wrong. I must've thought I hit it in time, but didn't, and so hit it in time the following encounter and just held it thinking that's why lol...

It's those lightning fast reflexes. Don't work for everything I guess!
