Restoring save games not working
I've tried this process to restore the saves for this game and it is not working:

http://support.wbgames.com/ics/support/KBAnswer.asp?questionID=1062#ratingContent

I put the saved games in the WB Games folder under documents, in the save file area in the game files itself, and also in the userapps location and the game absolutely will not recognize them. I've also removed the time stamp from each one except the WB Games location.

Anyone else able to get this to work successfully?

The correct location is C:\*YourSteamDirectory*\Steam\userdata\79962791\208650\remote. Those numbers may be different for you though. Go to the userdata and search for 'bak' if they are.

Did you try disabling steam cloud? might be reading from there.

I appreciate you guys responding so fast. I finally got it. What I did was....

1. Start the game and have it create a slot in the 208650/remote location
2. Exit the game
3. I went to that folder and looked at whatever name it gave the save file, in this case it was BAK1Save0X1.sgf
4. I deleted that file and pasted in my previous save
5. I renamed the file to be exactly the same as the save it just created
6. As if by magic....POOF....my saved game file now appears in there

Thanks for your help, Guys.

Sorry, but I returned the game to Steam months ago and no longer have access to it. I believe it was just restoring one saved game file, however. The above instructions date back to July 2015 and I don't know if the programmers have changed anything with the save function of the game or not.
