Can I still Download if bought elsewhere

Yes batman is a steamworks game so you have to redeem the code on steam and yes u can still redeem even though its no longer for sale on steam

You should be able to, but if where you id use a site like Greenmangaming in case you need a refund since they are official and do those compared to the third party resellers who don't because they have no way of deactivating the refunded keys.

I don't know. I've seen people say that it's showing as a preload now instead of a download and play, but it's the internet, so it's hard to say what's the truth and who's just trolling

yeah the internet is not reliable thats way i was looking for an answer in the discussions ... I think I'll wait for it to be released (again) then am gonna buy it ... by then it would be less expensive :D and I'll garantee the downlaod .

I purchased the game elsewhere and steam still gave me the option to download it so you can still buy the game somewhere else, redeem the code on steam, and download and play through steam.
