Is this trophy glitched?

There is one trophy that you have to follow the question marks (using the forensic scanner) and it ends on the Grand Avenue Station... but, en mi case the Station is closed, i looked for a video and it is open. I looked for a way to open it, but can't find

In minute 5 the trophy start, approx in minute 5:30 the Batmobile arrive to the Station, in my game that door has a gate.

It is a bug or i'm missing something?

Where the gate is closed, get out of your Batmobile quick and just grapple to the right of the building and glide down to the lower part. Further into the buildling you'll run accross the door that's closed and preventing your car from entering, right next to it is an electronic lock that you can disengage using your Remote Hacking Tool.
