To get the full ending yes you do. You only get half the Knightfall ending if you don't have 100% completion.

I just youtubed the ending, cause honestly collecting those trophies just aren't worth it. Everything else is fun, (if you ignore tank combat)

Most people that play the Arkham games will never fight Riddler because most normal people don't enjoy collecting those ? marks. It would have been alright if it was say 30-20 of them but hundreds of them is a bit insane. Also, I'm probably a big dumb ♥♥♥♥ but I can't even obtain them all even when I do find them. Some of them are easy to get such as ripping them open with the batmobile while other ones take someone with a fairly high iq to do. I'm honestly not that intelligent. It's not my best asset. I don't claim to be the smartest person on the planet.

There are less trophies in this game than there were in City...food for thought.

Those trophy puzzles are easier than chess, portal and hell even tic tac to. But running around finding them is a chore, even if you already know where to look. Cause as you said, hundreds.

The puzzles aren't difficult per se, it's just that some aren't puzzles at all. It's often immediately obvious what you need to do but you just end up fighting with the controls to do things the game interface just wasn't designed to do. Nevermind the absurdity of the game making me move blocks and ♥♥♥♥ around to get past a pane of plexiglass when I have 60mm tank rounds at my disposal.

My only issue with it is we've been collecting trophies and solving riddles for nearly 6 years now. I'm totally OK with needing 100% to unlock the full ending, but they could have given us something more compelling than another 200 trophies and a few dozen riddles to reach that 100%.

They do force the Batmobile on us a lot in this game, but those races we did for the Riddler were at least something new and I enjoyed having to manage both Batman and Catwoman to solve some of the puzzles. It would much happier with more of that and the removal of most of the trophies.

Keep a few in for nostalgia, like 50 or something at most. Especially since so many of his trophies are set up in places that make no sense. The theater for instance, which has obviously been one of Batman's hideouts for a long time. Yet the Riddler some how got in there and set up a bunch of trophies and riddles????

To be fair the Riddler throphies on this game are at least more interesting to get to than the previous games, the puzzles are at least more elaborate (generally), I mean I've always particularly enjoyed getting them anyway, but on this one a lot of the puzzles involve some creative thinking (ocassionally)

The 100% endining isn't worth all the trouble if you don't like getting the throphies honestly, it's just like 2 minutes longer, but still

I just like the fact that they finally admit to "Yeah, most of these aren't riddles, but don't tell Nigma"
