Riddle help! - a natural cure for Scarecrow's doom, your savior's gone but stil in bloom?
I see the flower and i try to scan it but it does tell me out of view or obscure view where should i stand to make this unlock and what does have to be in the view to get it to unlock.

I hope I explain this correctly but forgive me if I don't. There's a small flower growing on one of the upper ledges. You need to land on that ledge. If you glide to it from the tall tower behind it, it will be on the right side. I actually found it by complete accident.

Nevermind I got it now :D it was the flower but i did go away and fly again back and tried again now it worked.

Oh, yes that's the flower. I just scanned it while standing a little bit back from it and it registered.

Edit: Must have just been slight bug, glad it finally worked for you.

lol i ended up with another riddler bug near the Pinkney Orphanage can't pick it up.

yes an the car. i manage to get the ball out but standing next to it doesn't show me the trigger A to pick it up. I guess it wasn't meant for it to fly out lol

I had an issue where it got stuck in the back of the compartment and I couldn't reach it. Had to leave the are and come back.

I think i have the same issue it wasn't going out so i stand on top and land in the thing and i close it and it just fly out. I guess i have to do the same go away from the place and return.

Posting for any future people reading this, the flower isn't always there when you have the riddle. I've got the riddle and I've gone to the exact spot required, I got this watching multiple youtube videos. There's no flower, just Ivys jacket. I'm going to wait and try again later. I wasted far too long on this stupid riddle.

Indeed, there’s no flower there for me. Will check back after some more story missions, but it doesn’t seem like there’s many more.

Edit: yes, it grew after the next indoor main mission
