Last 8 Riddler riddle, trophies and breakables

I collected all, solved all riddles, broke all breakables except 8 in total. No green dudes on the streets, I have no idea where to find them. It looks like they are on Founders' Island. How do i find them?

Look up a guide and check which ones you have and don't have. It's the only way unfortunately. Either that or you accept defeat and riddler wins XD

Informants become more rare as you get closer to having everything uncovered, but they're out there.

I swept the streets for a long time, didnt come across any. I guess ima find them using youtube :D

I remember in City, something like this happened to me, eventually, after some exits and starts the informants started appearing again.

Could it have anything to do with challenges maybe? I've completed few of challenges.

I've been seen some green guy there but I had no idea what to do with him. How do I get info from that guy?
Now, I interrogated that cop, nothing appeared on the map. Maybe some green guys popped up on the streets, let me check.

It wasnt all afterall, there is 1 riddle left. Not a breakable, not a trophy. Just a riddle. Can't find it anywhere. Any ideas?

Unfortunately, Panessa is still broken. Missing interaction on objects, some objects not even there. Oh well.

I can confirm about the Subway, Founder's indicator says i have everything but in riddlers sections says i'm missing some trophies. I went to the subwaym found one and it count as Founder Islands. Sadly they are not indicated in my map
