Can't enter staggs airship Beta

I finished the main mission in the airships but now i can't get back in when i go into the destroyed front music starts playing and i can't use the voice gadget on the door is this a bug?

I haven't finished the main story yet. I have some trophies still inside the ship (including a riddle) BUT! i can't enter it. The airlock i used to exit the Alpha ship (or what's it called?) is closed, and the panel that operates it is off. But Alpha ship has an entrance and exit so it's no problem. But Beta ship has two holes (one from the glide kick as a part of a story and one from the crate (that i can't find now)) both are closed now. With metal sheets and a hangar door. And the front (where the scarecrow was) still has fight music, two knocked out guards, and a locked door with non responsive voice box. Worse still when i get to tilt the Alpha ship, the airlock door... stays in place, while the ship tilts. And above the door several Question switches appear. And then dissapear. They're unactive.

Yes. Turns out when you find Cloudburst the only one who can provide assistance to you is Stagg (who for some reason no longer hallucinating) you'll go back in the ship and will be able to open all the remaining doors. Also turns out that was the wrong crate i was missing =)
One more thing don't go outside the same way you came in, instead exit the airlock. (Puzzle? Remote batarang the last question)

Im späteren Storyverlauf muss man da nochmal rein
