Stuck Outside Ace

I had left the game after saving Adam Brewer but before getting into the elevator to change a skin. I left, re-entered and became stuck inside some weird first-person mode where the controls didn't work. I restarted from a checkpoint and it brought my to the trolly outside of GCPD but now I can't enter A.C.E. Batman will fly towards the island but just as he reaches the portion of the bridge the Arkham Knight destoryed, he turns back and remarks on how he has to stop Scarecrow and can't leave A.C.E.

What makes this worse is now I am stuck at 106% game completion and can't go further. I looked through the SaveData folder and solved nothing.

Any suggestions or solutions? Does the game even have a console command to just place you places?

I'm in a somewhat different fix, also at 106% completion. I opened the main gate, and can still move around, but I cannot leave the room with the switch, use detective mode, or anything interesting. Restarting just takes me back to that room right after I threw the switch, in the same state. Anyone else seen this?
