Fun fact about the diner intro

Whether you choose to shoot the demons (civilians) or decide to not shoot at all, it will affect the officer that is locked up in GCPD. I like how they put a little bit of choice in what we do and see it reflect later on :)

If you do shoot the civilians he goes into a full mental breakdown. Gets locked up and his buddies console him throughout the game trying to convince him he wasn't himself.

I really have to disagree. There is absolutely no prompting to tell you what to do. You know how long I sat there waiting with the joker part wondering why the camera was sitting on hit for so long? Then wondering if the game had bugged out and gone into some weird inifinite loop?

Then after being bitten by that joker part, when the diner came, and I didn't shoot at first and nothing seemed to be happening, I thought I HAD to shoot to progress it.

Now I find out I didn't.

The intro is horrible IMHO.

EDIT: As an example of "What is better" look at Arkham City. When you are in the chair for example, there is a prompt to let you know you should be doing something rather than watching an intro.

I mean the whole intro in general. It was cool seeing normal people in Gotham. You should be able to walk around the city like this as Bruce Wayne.

Yeah, I think that's a bug and the prompt is supposed to show up sooner.

Heh... I didn't know I had a choice. I sat there watching for like 30 seconds doing nothing, and it wasn't until I finally started shooting that the scene finally ended. I guess I should have waited 45 seconds? :-/

Edit: Okay, now reading *all* the other posts, yeah, I must have had that bug, too, because I got no prompt or anything. I was just being attacked forever and ever, and it wasn't until I started shooting that the scene finally ended.

Well once the demon charges at you and puts his face into yours, you can either shoot him or wait for another demon to jump at him and fight him on the table. Then you can either shoot every demon in sight or just stand there and watch them. Then another demon comes at you and beats the living hell out of you.

Takes the same amount of time whether you shoot or not.

I didn't shoot anything. I just started getting attacked. I thought it was a 'cutscene' like thing, so I just sat there and watched the screen. Getting bored watching, I tried shooting, and that's when the scene ended.

I have after 5 min ( joker's scene) , i play with a controller. I think this was a cutscene too.
(And i was pretty sure he's gonna wake up and scream like a damn screamer :p)

I did on the PS4 version after about 30 seconds of nothing.
