batsuit degradation?

im 70% through story and my batsuit looks clean, but in some of the loading slides the batsuit looks dirty. another missing feature?

It is also missing on the PS4 version, but funny enough the batsuit in my game has degraded considerably. So either its sporadic or I did a thing...

It isn't working for everyone.

I didn't have any issues and had a damaged suit throughout the game. But some are reporting it's not working.

Perhaps try switch skins from default to whatever, back to default in the showcase option on the main menu?

I'm at about 50% and my batsuit looks like Bruce has been through hell and back (despite not really getting abused at all, interestingly).
I thought it was simply story quests related?

ya thats what im saying. im 70% through main story and its not affected.

during in game cut scenes a dirt texture does load on top, but not during gameplay.

does your cape have holes in it like previous games? and dents or missing pieces of armor? within like 30 minutes of arkham city you get that bullet hole for rest of game. i know this suit is mechanized a bit, but was still hoping for stuff like that.

When I was about 80% into the main mission, my cape had lots of holes and damage. Keep going and you'll find out why.,

Aren't other batman like this?. They are holes, tear marks and so on.

From what I've heard, and experienced, if you switch to an alternate suit, the normal bat armor is no longer damaged. I've stuck to using the Batman Beyond armor as a result.

Indeed it does have holes. The suit also gets damaged exposing the mechanical parts.

Forget the suit, what did Batman take to make getting a bullet in the stomach just go away?

My suit is damaged, I hope they make it so damage is consistent between all suits, only thing stopping me from changing it.

you must be using alternate skin or something, default skins the suit gets heavily damaged, the new batman suit he gets is way more resistent to tears and stuff so you might be seeing htat

but like i missed a QTE and got robin's face scratched and his face has been scratched the entire game, plus batman's face is way bloodied and bruised , definitely is working
