how to know if u received the pre-order content or not

what DLCs should i see in my library if i pre-ordered this game ?
all i see is skins, did i receive my pre-order content but its just not showing because its not released yet or if i only see skins dlc then i didnt receive my pre-order content ?

There should be a list of DLC on your Library game main page. If they're installed there should be ticks next to them.

thx for the reply, all i see in my DLC list is just 1 dlc "Batman: Arkham Knight - New 52 Skins Pack"

Then you didn't get the Pre Order bonus. If you did, you'd have the Harley Quin DLC listed there as well.

Edit: If you used an Nvidia code to get the game, the Nvidia code doesn't count as Pre Order. So you won't get it.

Nope.

Season pass doesn't include the Harley Quin DLC. So getting that won't give you all the DLC.

You would need to have pre ordered the game or somehow obtain a pre order key. But I do not know anywhere that sells the Harley Quin DLC. I tried looking. And ended up being disappointed after my purchase. The key I got was not a pre order key. Still waiting on their support to get back to me about it. But I doubt I'll be given a key. I'll probably just be given compensation.

When you pre order outside of Steam, the chances of getting pre order bonus content suddenly drops. Because most alternative sites cannot always provide pre order bonus content. Even if they say they can.

I have the season pass. Did not get the Harley quin stuff.

I bought from a well known alternative site. Starts with King. Their store page advertises the game including harley quin dlc. But I only got one key and it did not include the harley quin dlc. And I also purchased the season pass. And it still didn't give me the harley quin dlc.

ok, well It was worth the buy anyway! I guess we will get Harley very late in the game life then
