*spoiler alert maybe* Stuck in batman arkham knight need help (objective not updating)

sorry in advance to any spoilers



So basically I'm at the point in the game where Robin is locked up and alfred was talking about the Arkham knight coming to the studio but when I'm in the elevator my objective never update telling me to update the batmobiles tech on the map and mission wheel it just says "surrender to Robin?" which I already did I looked up a video to find out where I'm suppose to go so I did that but I can't do anything when I get there because the objective never updated plz help!!!

Did you ever get a solution for this? I had the same issue on the Xbox One, I cannot advance anything anymore.

no I just had to restart unfortunetly it would be nice to know how to fix it still though

Did u talk to robin? You need to talk to him before u go out.

Talked to him, did the whole joker deal, threw robin in the cell, and now can't progress at all because it still says surrender to robin...game will not save anymore and cannot select another mission. Can't talk to robin in the cell. "I need to lock up the joker infected" is all batman says now.

The deal was,go to the cell,then joker lets you out,then robin appears again and suggest you go in then you counter him and lock him up,go up the elevator in the city,be free for any choice side missions or main story if thats not it then theres problems

as far as I know theres no way to fix this I just had to replay everything which honestly is not a big deal for me because I love the game anyway

+1 I play the new gaem+ mode so it will be a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of work to replay the main story and then the new game+ again (I want the achievment for playing new game+)

In the same situation. I've contacted their support twice (once through their website, once by email directly) and had no response after 3 or 4 days. Really don't want to start over, especially when there's no way of knowing if the same thing will happen again, so I'm going for the refund. Shame, I had been enjoying it.

Have you tried the backup saves option? It loads an earlier checkpoint.

Unfortunately they're all after the issue occurred.

for the record guys its just the timing you have to wait till alfred finishes talking before you do anyting like pusing the elevator buttion etc
