What happens on the bank heist missions if you stop them BEFORE Two Face shuts teh place down? I've always taken too long and he intervenes, wondering if I'm missing something.
At the very least replaying the mission should fix the issue.
Playing on PC, played the game several times over, first time I've had this. Doing the second Two-Face bank mission, autosaved as soon as I start. Every time I load the game, this is what happens:
I take out the thugs while the alarm is blaring, at some point Batman says 'the alarm is turned off, they can hear me now'... but the alarm is still blaring. I finish taking out the thugs, and the alarm keeps blaring. The music does it's little 'fight over, you win' tune, I get my stats and XP, but the mission doesn't progress
No more thugs enter the bank, and I'm unable to leave either. I've tried restarting the mission, quitting the game and reloading my save, even just straight up dying during the mission to force a restart, but it keeps restarting me at the exact same point, with the exact same results
So now my entire save is completely and utterly broken. Thanks Rocksteady and WB, stealing our money and selling games that don't work like your lives depend on it.
You said the alarm still blares even after scripted shutoff. Did you make certain all your sound outputs (TV, speakers, headphones) are set properly? Did you try reducing in-game screen resolution from maximum from inside the game's Options > Graphic Options menu for improved object and proximity registration? Did you try using your backup saves and start from a checkpoint even earlier than entering the bank? Did you leave any other side mission or main mission unfinished before entering the Bank? If so, finish that first. As you've probably read from searching other topics, interactive smoke and fog in the Graphic Options > Gameworks settings has been logged as causing bugs or outright crashing the game; have you experimented with running the game with that and other Gameworks settings disabled?
List your specs, maybe that will tell us what's missing. Include processor, system (32-bit or 64-bit) and RAM; Windows OS (7, 8.1, 10); video card including VRAM and specify whether AMD or NVidia.
