Do you have rain on your Batmobile or on Batman ?
Can you remove motion blur ?
Did you remove all sounds glitches ?
Does your Batman supports now 5.1 sound systems like any other AAA games ?
Do you have a full graphics options menu like any other PC Batman games ?
I guess not. So 60 fps is not the whole damn problem with this game. This game is broken. One of the worst port ever. Everyone online not only on Steam say it.
Two questions:
1. Are you the British guy that made one of those Youtube videos bashing the game?
2. Have you went on twitch.tv and checked some of the PC users playing the game on there? They run at 60fps and it runs incredible. I was just watching a guy that had 700 viewers.
What he listed were performance issues. Rain, motion blur, sounds, graphics options. So what other issues are there with the game other than performance?
I've had some seemingly random crashes. One on exiting the game, another after playing for two and a half hours while in the middle of a cutscene.
I don't think so. Game very rarely drops below 60 for me, except in the batmobile. I bet if I lock it at 60 and do anything other than batmobile that it will remain 60 all of the time. I'll try it tonight when I get home. I need to record a video, which I've never done before to help dispell this myth that this game cannot be ran with high FPS. I get higher than 60 almost all of the time. Yes it varies quite a bit, but doesn't cause issues for me.
And I'm talking highest settings.

Do you have high resolutions for all models and textures ? Performance issue.
Do you have rain on your Batmobile or on Batman ? Graphical issue because if it had rain it would be a performance issue.
Can you remove motion blur ? Performance issue because motion blur affecting the game.
Did you remove all sounds glitches ? Ok sounds I'll give you this isn't tied directly to performance.

Also the statement he says "Everyone online not only on Steam say it". Nope. Go on twitch right now and go into the PC batman stream that has roughly 700 people in it and not only will the game run VERY well even while he's in the batmobile, but even the people that have been watching him for hours will say it's running great.
Not a definitive answer, but it seems many people are experiencing a memory leak. Something that should be addressed in a forthcoming patch. Could be due to the game itself, or a buggy video driver. Also, it's possible to use more than 3.5 GB of "vram" if its also using the swap file. Which it does. (See other threads for 12GB fix.)
ok even if uses the whole 4gb ram then 4gb equals to about 4096mb but the on screen monitor shows vram usage above 4300mb.
