Where is Catwoman?
I have to complete a riddle from the Orphanage, but she is no longer there, how can I find her again and investigate het?

Then you don't need her to solve any puzzles. You can do all of em by yourself.

You can find that collar in the room where you took your "Final exam". Just scan it and riddle will be solved.
