Goldsaber069, too many hours may have passed, so I'm not sure loading a backup save will work, but you might give it a try. You'll have to Google the procedure for Arkham Knight if you use keyboard and mouse, but if you have a gamepad you highlight the save you wish to backwind and hold down both left and right bumpers simultneously for approximately 10 seconds, then do as prompted.
I ended up driving out of the proximity circle (and was told to return the the mission area) when i noticed there was indeed a tank outside the circle refusing to enter. A few drives in and out the circle will taking pot shots at him solved it.
I'm still open to tips and ideas but for now thanks.
The drone AI in Arkham Knight tends to be a little bit "Keystone Kops" at times. I have a few unloaded screenshots of comically flipped drones that couldn't negotiate a turn or topography properly. I'll locate those and upload them at a later date. :-)
Game has played okay and I followed the process for freeing the 30fps cap. However the fact that I am having to do all this and not being able to play the game to the potential that I should be able to on my PC is frustrating. I fully understand the negative comments about this game. I'm just glad that at least I have had some enjoyment albeit limited in playing this game. Thanks to those that helped....much appreciated.
