Something's definitely wrong there. Do you have built-in video? What video adapter does it show just below the vram usage meter?
Arkonman Sep 4, 2015 @ 1:13pm
1782MB/0MB video memory usage with red line in 640-480 resolution

What is the adapter though? Does it say "GTX 970" at the bottom of that info?
Arkonman Sep 4, 2015 @ 1:18pm
its not saying any of graphic card models
xsys Sep 4, 2015 @ 1:25pm
Sorry, It should say your card model which is "GTX 960"...my card is gtx 970 :)

How much VRAM does the indicator show?

Obviously it does not see your gtx 960. You might try deleting the "BmEngine.ini" and "BmSystemSettings.ini" from the game config folder (move them to the desktop and then delete as a backup). The game will create new files and you will have to reset some of your gfx settings.

Make sure you have the latest NVidia driver too (355.82).

Well, no harm done. The problem (it seems) is that the game does not see your card and is probably trying to use a built-in adapter. Generally you force a game to use specific hardware in the NVidia control panel.

Here is a link to one of many how-tos:

Force graphics options[www.howtogeek.com]

I just did a search on "choose card in nvidia control panel"

I'm having a similar problem. The game's not recognizing my nvidia card in my laptop and is choosing to instead use intel graphics. I set the nvidia control panel settings to use the card for the exe file, but it's not changing anything. I also tired deleting the files graphics settings files, but nothing different happened. I also have the latest driver.

If you can't force it on the control panel I think the only other option is to disable the integrated graphics in the bios, which can be a little intimidating.

I read another thread this morning about this issue (and a potential fix) so give it a little time first to see if there is another solution. I can't seem to find it now though...sorry.
