Youtube Content ID claims are ***** annoying
Why do I keep getting hit with conent IDs for gameplays that I played myself and not add copyrighted music to my video during editting and because of that I cant monitize those videos?? Is this fair? Is it worth disputing these content ID claims over a theme song that is part of the game and I cant remove?

I got hit with atleast 1 copyright claim with all 4 of my Batman AK gameplay videos and this being the latest https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5jp1ssfTvsc

Seriously Youtube, get your ♥♥♥♥ together...

Dispute it. They Copyright holder will then have 5 days to take further action (which they never do unless they are Nintendo) and you will then get your video back.

What do you expect when the Industry is broken?

You can dispute but the ingame music is copyrighted not much you can do about that.

Remove the ingame music and it should be fine.

Which is why it is getting struck down. Why do you think a lot of lets players have their game turned down? It certainly isn't so we can marvel at their sexy voices.

Content ID is pretty much the dumbest thing ever, but sadly there is nothing anyone can do about it. Either turn it down or blast the Happy birthday song over your gameplay............. oh wait that will get you content ID'ed as well D:
Better late than never. But Arkham Asylum has the same issue. Thankfully one of my lady friends is an upcoming lawyer. So I guess I can always ask her for advice.

Arkham city is much more annoying also I'm glad twitch doesn't do this bs nonsense they know it's not a real copyright song game soundtracks should never be copyrighted at all only actual copyrighted licensed music should be apart of the content id system

I have never once had a video released after disputing. It is a useless feature that only benefits the biggest youtubers

videogame osts should be excluded from the content id system but twitch is much nicer to streamers with copyright music they only mute specific songs that they know will screw you over
Which song did they claim?

its always the dumbass main theme song that gets contend id claimed its annoying as hell while arkham asylum and arkham knight have no content id claims except for the first copyrighted song during the that scene with the joker
