Elliot Memorial Hospital Elevator 'Shadow War' Mission

I decided to download the game again after having trouble with it in the past, but was able to finish the game and start the new game + and get 100% in everything. Started to do the Shadow War mission. Got to the hospital and found Ra's for the first time, went to leave and had to hit the fuse box with an electric batarang to open the door again. went to go to the elevator shaft to leave but the doors to the elevator just pops up and I can't leave. Would like to know if there is a fix to this or if I need to start a brand new save file and start all over.

Why did you hit the fuse box twice? Normally you hit it only once, that might be what bugged your game for some reason. First, both verify and patch the game, then test it for improvement:
1. Select game in Library, right-click Properties > Local Files, Verify Integrity of Game Files.
2. Select game in Library, right-click Properties > Updates, Automatic Updating.

If no improvement, you'll need to load a earlier backup save from the main menu, preferably from before even approaching the Hospital, If the 2 main menu backups don't take you back far enough, follow these instructions:
