Man-Bat Not Appearing on Bleake Island New Game+

I have completed every mission on New Game+ and I'm 50% into the Creature of the Night mission, however Man-Bat in not spawning over Bleake Island. Alfred has told me there are sightings and I have glided for hours...nothing.

Is there a fix for this...is this a problem anyone else has had and figured it out?

Save and quit to desktop inside either GCPD or Panessa Studios, then patrol the Clock Tower and Chinatown. He spawns for me when I leave Stagg Airship 2 after completing the first breach, so you might try checkpointing inside the blimp and then canvassing Bleake Island.

Edit:Speed-grapple across rooftops in order to trigger Joker's surprise appearance. That jumpscare will unlock Man-Bat's presence on Bleake Island.

Still nothing. Cant trigger a joker scare because every mission is complete now. The only thing left to do is capture Man Bat and he just will not appear at all.

Start from Founders Island airspace and check your Mission Wheel while there, then glide to Bleake airspace if the mission is open and speed-grapple up and over various flat rooftops until he spawns. Make certain the mission is open in your Mission Wheel.

Darn, you might have still needed the clown around as a surprise trigger for Man-Bat's next appearance. If so, this is why you should do the side missions alongside the main story.

so...would I need to restart the a new game then?

You might, but first try saving and quitting the game to the desktop from inside an interior checkpoint (GCPD, Panessa, Orphanage, AKHQ), then launching again and open your Mission Wheel and select the Man-Bat side mission. Hopefully that might coax him into spawning.

He will appear in NG+ Knightmare mode if you don't wait until the last minute, but if you do start a brand new game then remember to do the side missions alongside the main story.

did you ever find a fix? He's one of my last missions after I beat the story. I can hear him screech every now and then, but he's not actually here. I have spent around 2 hours trying to find him but he's literally just missing at the bleake island instance.
