Controller Not Working In Game
Currently using a Wired 360 controller. Before these patches, it worked fine (i had to buy an ORIGINAL 360 controller because the Gamestop one i had didnt work with it). Now the game does not recognize its input. All my other games (even Big Picture mode) recognize the controller, but not this one.

disconnect other controllers if you have more connected, ps2, x360ce, etc.

Try launching the game and then connect the controller.

check the file integrity or just reinstal the game, since it not a popular issue, must be something on your end.

I hope this isnt the case. The only thing that has changed is the game, not my PC.

Same issue here with an Xbox One wireless controller. The controller works everywhere but this game.
I uninstalled/reinstalled and retried and still nothing. Disconnecting and reconnecting the controller doesnt do anything either. In fact, it throws it in to Player 2 mode.

somethign tells me that you got somekind hardware or software thing going on that priotirize somethign before the controller. Make sure you dont have any kind controller software installed and no other controllers connected.

I have the exact same setup i did before these patches. No controller software, no hardware boosters, nothing. My controller works fine for every other controller game in my library. It works even in big picture mode.

I've been able to play Arkham Knight since day 1, now all of a sudden the only thing that works is punch. I can't walk, press esc or anything else. This is for both Keyboard and controller, I've tried re-downloading, unplugging. i really just want to play teh Batgirl dlc i've been waiting on for months now. I never even had a problem running the game.

Have you tried deleting your BMInput config file? When you start the game it will re-create a new one; this solves a lot of issues with controllers not being detected

Steam\steamapps\common\Batman Arkham Knight\BMGame\Config

Try running it outside of Big Picture Mode. That seems to have worked for me.

I did. Several times, and even after a clean install. Nothing.

I had upgraded to Win10 and it was working fine. Now it is not.
